Oversees the&nbsp;rewrite of&nbsp;complex contracts to new cost or time and material contracts. Resolves&nbsp;the most complex problems relating to government acquisition and program management. Performs original research to conceptualize program strategy or Scopes of Works maximize the acquisition of worldwide consolidated logistical support to the client. Develops and updates organization policy, practices or automated systems to incorporate changes in statute, economic conditions or best practices in use in the industry. Understands all integrated aspects of acquisition cycle from basic research to production and test. Skilled at applying acquisition-streamlining techniques, negotiating contractor agreements and changes, and understanding the essential elements need to insure the performance-based logistics services to the client. Trains clients and CACI personnel on new systems, policy changes and best practices. Provides functional guidance on more complex projects. May lead team or work as single consultant to client. Skilled at documenting process change and at writing white papers to capture new concepts or specialized applications. Leads Community of Practice in acquisition areas of procurement&nbsp; award and contract administrations. Responsible for knowledge management or knowledge presentation systems relating to that Community of Practice.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong>&nbsp; Bachelors degree (in business or related field) and ten to twelve years of experience.
